Furniture-Collection.co.uk brings you a unique collection of Quality Furniture that can be purchased Easily and Safely over the internet via our Secure Links with HSBC Bank and Protx. To purchase, simply browse our Online catalogue and click on "Add to Basket" to any items you wish to buy, these items can be removed from your shopping cart later if you change your mind. When you have finished shopping click on the "checkout" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information (or pay with Paypal if you prefer) and send them to us via our secure server.

If preferred you can also print the order form and send it to us by Fax (0845 388 4519), by post or telephone us on 0845 388 4509 and place your order over the phone.

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
Furniture-Collection.co.uk uses a secure server and a system from HSBC Bank for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system. In fact, the risk of Credit /Debit card fraud is now higher when using your card in a garage or restaurant.

What is the order process?
Simply browse our on line catalogue and click on "+ Add to Basket" to any items you wish to buy, these items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "checkout" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information and send them to us via our secure server. If preferred you can also print the order form and send it to us by fax (0845 388 4519) or post or telephone us on 0845 388 4509 and place the order over the phone. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order and be advised of an anticipated delivery date.

Furniture-Collection.co.uk charges £35 per order, regardless of how many items you buy. items 2, 3 or 4 etc are FREE! Your NEW furniture will also be delivered into your home by our GOLD STANDARD delivery team.

What happens if I cancel my order?
For items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being despatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. If your order has already been despatched then you may be charged for delivery. For items that have been specially ordered or made a cancellation fee may be charged.

When will you despatch my order?
This will be confirmed at time of confirmation of order. Our usual lead times are 3 - 6 weeks, depending on the supplier. We will confirm the lead time to you by email within 1 - 2 days of placing your order, once we have been given the current lead time from the Manufacturer. We have purposely chosen to do business with Manufacturers who carry stocks of their products to ensure that you wait the shortest time possible for your NEW Furniture.

When and how will my goods arrive?
We have our own Delivery Vehicles, our experienced delivery team will deliver your new furniture to your home, position it as required and take away any packaging materials. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date.
