Indeed it does, all orders receive FREE delivery with our compliments... Unlike many other companies we also provide FREE Delivery to postcodes that are 'Normally' considered TOO far! This includes Scotland! As long as you live on the Mainland of the UK we will be delighted to send your order with FREE Delivery, how's that for service?

Furniture-Collection.co.uk uses a secure server through SagePay and a system from HSBC Bank  for all credit and debit card payments. 6, How can I place my order?
 You can place your order over the Internet using the site and Secure Checkout, or by Phone (0845 388 4509), Fax (0845 388 4519) or by Post.

7, What is the order process?
Simply, browse our online catalogue and click on "Add to Cart" to any items you wish to buy, these items can also be removed later if you change your mind. When you have finished shopping click on the "My Cart" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your name, take advantage of the simple automatic postcode look up facility to save you having to type your whole address in, confirm delivery information and credit card details. You will then receive (as fast as email can carry it) an automatic email confirming your order.

Alternatively you can also print the order form and send it to us by fax (0845 388 4519) or post or telephone us on 0845 388 4509 and place the order over the phone. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order and be advised of an anticipated delivery date.

8, What methods of payment do you accept?
 We accept most Major Credit Cards and Paypal orders via our Secure Server (SSL) and can accept cheques with orders via the post if you prefer.

If you cancel your order prior to it being despatched you will not incur any charges whatsoever and a full refund will be applicable.

10,   When will you despatch my order?
 This will be confirmed at time of confirmation of order.  Our usual lead times are 1 - 3 weeks, depending on the supplier (the only area of the site where this differs is for Reproduction Furniture due to most pieces being made to order, the lead times for those pieces are between 6 - 8 weeks). We will confirm the lead time to you by email within 2 working days of placing your order, once we have been given the current lead time from the Manufacturer.

We have purposely chosen to do business with Manufacturers who carry stocks of their products to ensure that you wait the shortest time possible for your NEW Furniture.

11,  When and how will my goods arrive?
We use a dedicated Furniture Delivery Company that offers a White Glove Delivery Service. Their experienced Furniture delivery team will deliver your new furniture into your home, position it as required and take away any packaging materials if you wish. You will be advised by us in advance of the scheduled delivery date and the delivery team will then liase closely with you.
